Graham Allen, (Scotland), has refereed at all levels in Scottish rugby as well numerous Cup, Shield and Bowl finals. He also officiated at 3 U21 Internationals & 4 Women’s Internationals as well as British & Irish Cup, Heineken and Cup, Guinness Pro12. Graham was selected for 6 IRB 7s and the Commonwealth Games 7s held in Glasgow in 2014.  On the 7s circuit he’s refereed at many 7s tournaments in Scotland as well Hong Kong, Kinsale 7s, Las Vegas 7s, Army 7s, Barcelona 7s and of course the Tobago 7s where he refereed the final on two occasions. As well as refereeing at the Barbados Rugby World 7s, he will also be the “Referee’s Manager.”

Brian Bell, (Canada), has been an accredited official since 2001 with the Niagara Rugby Referees Society, and an Ontario Panel Referee since 2007. He has officiated in the Rugby Canada Super League, as well as Ontario high school provincial finals from 2009 until 2016. He was also refereed in 5 different countries, including Australia and the U.K and is an accredited Rugby Canada 7’s official, having refereed both touring side matches and provincial finals since 2011. Brian is an IRB/World Rugby Educator, since 2009 and will be running the World Rugby Level One 7s referee’s course.

Steph Bulanda, (Canada), has refereed in Ontario, Canada since 2011. Official at Karuma Sevens in Gulu, Uganda 2013. Official at Ontario Junior Rugby Competition 2013, and Ontario Summer Games 2014. Officiated at Saranac Lake Can-Am Tournament 2014 and 2015, refereeing the Women’s Final in 2015. Refereed at Tobago Sevens in 2014 and 2015, the centre referee in the Women’s Finals both years.

Lee Bryant, (USA), picked up the whistle for her local society in Northern California in 2008 and made National Panel for USA in 2016. She has officiated two USA women’s 7s national finals. Has been an official at the 2015 PanAm games, Dubai 7’s, Rugby Town 7s and officiated the women’s final at the Las Vegas Invitational 7’s.

Gary Conway, (Ireland). Guinness Pro 12 (28 Caps), EPCR Challenge Cup, Rugby U20s World Cup 2015 (including the final U20s 6 Nations), ENC (Romania vs Georgia) British + Irish Cup (Group stages, quarter final and semi final). Internationals Under Age at all levels 16s,17s,18s,19s, Leinster Schools SCT Cup Final 2014, ARLB (Leinster Branch) referee of the year 2014.  Gary has also refereed at the Dubai 7s, Las Vegas 7s, Tobago 7s, Amsterdam 7s and Kinsale 7s.

Huw David, (Wales), started his Refereeing career in 1991 after suffering a serious neck injury. Two years in the Welsh District, then progressing onto the WRU  up to Premiership level Pre -Professional  rugby. Officiated International, European Cup, Challenge Cup, Pro 12s. Refereed u 21s Internationals, Senior Schools Internationals, Over 20 Womens internationals including European Cup Final. Officiated IRB 7s,Amsterdam 7s ,Geneva 7s ,Roma 7s Tobago 7s ,Cwmtawe 7s and RBW7s.

BettyDavies, (Canada), makes her home in Nova Scotia and has been officiating since 2015. She has Tobago and Barbados among her favourite tournaments and is looking forward to being back this year.

Gordon Galashan, (Scotland), started Refereeing in 2010 after serious injury stopped his playing career. Gordon has been a member of the Scottish Rugby Referees Academy since 2014 and officiated at the Scottish Bowl Final 2015. He has refereed Scottish Schools Shield Final 2016 at BT Murrayfield. Official on King of 7’s, Border 7’s circuit and Legacy 7’s 2016. Gordon was previously an official at both the Tobago 7’s and last years RBW7s.

Michael Hargarve, (Canada), Referee in Ontario, Canada for the past three years. Official at the Ontario Summer Games 2013 and 2015. 2014 USA National High Championships. Has refereed at Saranac Lake Can-Am annually since 2014. Refereed previously at New York Sevens and Tobago Sevens.

Ryan Hinkson, (Trinidad/Guyana), was born in Guyana and played in the three quarter line for the Guyana National Team for a number of years. He subsequently emigrated to Trinidad and has enjoyed refereeing around the Americas North Region over the last six years. Now clearly one of the Caribbean’s top officials and refereed at last years RBW7s.

Thomas Krebs, (Canada), is a referee with the Nova Scotia society but has refereed across Canada, USA, UK and the Caribbean since 2004. Some notable events such as Canadian National Championships, Ontario and Nova Scotia Provincial Championships, Las Vegas and New York 7’s, Tobago and Barbados 7’s, the Bruno Browne Cup in Trinidad, and of course the famous Truro Indoor Sevens.

Kevin Mcgee, (Scotland), has been refereeing since 2005 and is currently a Member of the Edinburgh Rugby Referees Society and SRU AR Panel Member. Kevin has had the pleasure off officiating in numerous Junior and Senior Finals at BT Murrayfield as well officiating in both Pro12 and IRB 7’s. Kevin has also refereed in both Canada and the USA. This is Kevin’s first time officiating in Barbados, and is looking forward to being part the tournament.

Paul Murphy, (England), “Murph” has reffed at many international tournaments including; Hong Kong  7s and 10’s, Las Vegas,Amsterdam, Madrid, New York, London, Tobago, Kinsale and many English 7s events. He also undertook match official duties of varying kinds at RWC 2003, 2007 and 2015 as well as WRWC 2010 and 2014.

Charles Samson, (Scotland), is currently a Guinness Pro12 TMO, Charles has also refereed Premiership rugby in Scotland, Sevens World Series Rugby and Rugby Europe Grand Prix series, U18 and 20 age grade international, woman 6 Nations and men’s 6 Nations B competitions. Also currently President of the Midland Rugby Referee Society.

Eamonn Sayers, (Ireland), has officiated at all levels of rugby in Ireland as well as numerous Cup Finals and Pro level games.  Prolific on the sevens circuit and as well as three tournaments in Tobago Eamonn also refereed at last years inaugural Rugby Barbados world 7s
